Info: Outer Heaven started as Sakkeria, but during the war it was wiped out during the early years of the war. 25 years before world in ruin, Jack saw an abandoned Sakkeria base and started to search info for supplies. He found a room that had pods with people in them. After he freed them, they found the bases armory. They started to call the base "Outer Heaven" and Jack thought it was a good name for army, so Outer Heaven was born. 7 years before world in ruin they found a man who called himself "Skull Face". Now he is the commander of the factions A.S (Anti Skull) unit.

Policy: They want to make the world together as one, as one big faction. They also have specialized in to food gathering, biological experiments and building mechs, however the mechs are prototypes that can't be used for direct combat.

Survival: They hunt for food for most of the time when not in combat. They have a build shelters for the winters.

Tactical advantages: They have lot of weapons and they have couple mech prototypes that they are working. They also defend their bases and their prison camps so highly that they are very difficult to raid.

Tactical disadvantages: Soldiers in Outer Heaven have weak armor. Also their outposts don't have many guards there because they are small and middle of nowhere, but sometimes they build better defends so it can become their new base. Recruiting or cloning more soldiers takes time.

Oppositions:

The Heinrich Empire(owned by

): The Heinrich Empire and Outer Heaven are not interested about each other, also Outer Heaven will not raid or attack Heinrich bases due their sheer size and power.

The skull empire(owned by

): They think The skull empire as their greatest rival. They raided their camps and have been successful. Most of the Outer Heavens losses are caused by the skull empire. They have created an Anti Skull team that have specialized to battle skull empire.

The ULN(owned by

): The ULN has done a lot of damage to Outer Heaven. They have killed a lot of their men and taken over their outposts. The ULN is Outer Heavens second worse enemy. Outer Heaven has couple conscript soldiers as prisoners in their prison camp.

USF(owned by

): They think USF is not worthy to fight against due their immense strength.

The Prometheus task force(owned by

): They don't want to fight The Prometheus task force instead they want to help them survive the war. They have given some supplies to some of their soldiers in the badlands.
